Six-axis robot sealing system is better applied to coating trajectory of space curve. The axis of nozzle (glue head) is perpendicular to the work piece surface to be coated tangent of the trajectory. This nozzle changes by the trajectory changed and synchronized complete coating job. Through the six-axis robot arm posture changes, changed the spatial position between work piece and nozzle to finish the coating job that ordinary linear robots cannot complete. This process can be used in the field of automobile water tank cover, car headlights and many other plastic parts, sheet metal pieces coating.
